Perishable, personal goods such as cosmetics cannot be returned.
Due to the nature of our products, there are no exchanges if the product(s) is used or damaged. You may email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: "Exchanges - Reason for Exchange" and we will work with you towards a resolution. No exchanges after 48hrs.

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds. We may exchange your damaged item with one of equal or lesser value. We will notify you once we’ve received and investigated your request, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item.
